Fit Tip:

While at the spinning conference in Miami in May one of the many things I
learned there was that during aerobic activity, your body releases endorphins only after 1 hour of doing the aerobic activity. This may be the reason that people like the rush from anaerobic work, ie interval/strength classes more then you do from a typical endurance class or aerobic work. So the exciting news is that you are looking for that rush of endorphins, all you need to do is do your aerobic training or endurance classes longer than 1 hour! YEAH!

HEALTHY RECIPE: One of the many comments you had for me on how to improve TJ Fit, was to add a recipe section to our newsletter. Thank you for the great idea, here is one of my favourite dishes! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
You can serve it with rice.
